Good to know
- You pay for whoever shows up, with a 3-person minimum. If your numbers change, there’s no need to rebook.
- Your $15 deposit is non-refundable and comes off your bill.
- Rooms fit 10 comfortably and 13 at most. Bigger group? Book more than one room.
- Snacks and birthday cake are welcome. No outside drinks or alcohol. A cleaning fee of up to $30 may apply if there’s a mess.
- Decorations are welcome. Please arrive early to set up.
- Want to keep singing? Ask our staff. You can extend if the room is free after you.
Late arrival and cancellation policy
Late arrivals
- Please be ON TIME to your reservation. If you are late, you will not be guaranteed your full session as we will honor the reservations after yours.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, we will consider your group a NO SHOW and your card will be charged 50% of your reservation total.
Cancellations
- There is a $15 non-refundable deposit required to book your reservation.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled reservation. Cancellations result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of your reservation total.
