The app shows “Reconnecting to room…” — what should I do?

Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same Wi‑Fi network as the Karaoke Kubo host machine. If the banner stays, tap the room chip in the top‑right corner to switch rooms or re‑enter the room URL, then try again.

I can’t find my room after logging in

Check that the Karaoke Kubo server is running on the host device. You can switch or re‑enter rooms at any time using the room chip in the top‑right corner of the app.

Songs aren’t appearing in the queue after I add them

Pull down to refresh the queue screen. If songs still don’t appear, check your device has a stable connection to the room and try adding the song again.

How do I set up a new room?

Rooms are configured on the Karaoke Kubo host machine. Once a room is active and on the same network, open KKB Controller, enter the room URL and password on the login screen, and you’re in.

Can multiple people control the same room?

Yes — as many devices as you like can connect to the same room simultaneously. Everyone can browse and queue songs from their own phone or tablet.

The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly
